Getting Started with Locations

With our Square integration, all locations associated with your Square account will appear in the Your Business/Locations page.

*Note: You can only enable the number of locations that correspond to your plan. If you need to enable more locations, please upgrade your plan.

Locations

Once your Square authorization and sync are complete, all your locations will appear on the Locations page. You can edit each location and how it appears on the app. To do so, find the list's desired location and click “Edit.” From here, there are several options you can customize:

General

1. Prep Time: The time needed to prepare items at this location. If you have specific prep times set on your Square account and Square items, they will sync with those values.

Customer Support

1. Support Email: The email address you would like customers to contact in case of an issue with their order at this location.

2. Support Phone: The phone number you would like customers to contact in case of an issue with their order at this location.
3. Support Website URL: The web page you would like customers to visit if they have issues with their order.

Address Information

1. Address Search: Search for the specific address. This search function utilizes Google Maps and will pull all your store information on Google to fill out the address information and coordinates.

1. Note: Co-ordinates that are pulled from Google are required to accurately show your location on the map viewer in the app.

1. Store Image: The image will automatically be pulled from Google; however, if you would like to update the image, please click on the update image button and select your desired image

Business Hours

Business Hours are pulled directly from your Square location business hours. If you need to make specific adjustments to the app, please edit the hours here.
